Section 44
Performance-based contracts should be negotiated
(1) Before appointing the executive director, the committee shall enter into a performance-based contract with him. Knowledge
(2) When entering into an agreement in accordance with sub-section (1), the work to be performed by the executive director, the work plan, and the arrangements related to monitoring and evaluation indicators shall be mentioned in the performance agreement.
